They are great and very patient. Have helped me with this frustrating machine
Tried to have interlock calibrated on Friday 2/7 and system was down shop tried again Sunday 2/9 and still didn't work now 2/10 and they're trying to charge me for missing the calibration and can't get anyone on the phone to answer l, they'll take your money real fast bunt won't trouble shoot a problem wish I could leave 0 stars
