Staff was very understanding and helpful. Also helped with a rescheduling after there was a small mail issue to the installer. But quick to get me a reschedule and got device installed very quickly and I was on my way. The device can be a little frustrating sometimes just because not use to it yet. But once I get accustomed to it as an everyday thing i'm sure its gonna become second nature (EASY). THX for all the help..
