The installer is a good guy but the Intoxalock product is absolute trash with predatory fees and terrible customer service people that are located in India somewhere...If you're forced by law to use a breathalyzer, avoid this shitty company at all costs...
The technician was prompt, he installed the device and explained the use of it excellently
After I had the device installed I got engine lights going on now. I have not had a great experience. But after leaving this review. They did reach out to me and discuss this review and attempt to aid me in resolving the issues I had.
