The whole process is terrible. Cost too much, calibration every 2 months. And stuff doesnt work in winter or hot summer. The customer support is crap and the installers cut my car wires. I should sue for permanently damaging me vehicles factory 2oring harness. Could have used an adapter harness but they cut my wires.

This is our first experience with this business because we needed someone to install my husband’s interlock device. I can’t remember the receptionist’s name, but she is not only friendly and personable, but extremely informative regarding the interlock device. I took the car in on my husbands behalf while he was working and she walked me through every little thing in the booklet regarding lockouts, calibrations, what to do and what not to do, etc. and was super thorough so I could relay the information to my husband.
