Never will I go back to this place, would not take responsibility for keeping my car for four days, waiting on a part. Then when I suggested I not have to pay fee, for their inconvenience, I got an attitude. Real professional guys. Grow up
The specialist was excellent. Can’t say the same about Intoxalock’s devices though. The specialist told me that these will give “false positives” and that it’s common. If you shut your vehicle off for 3 mins and it’s cold outside, it has to “warm up” from anywhere to 20 seconds to 5 mins. The device looks like a GameBoy, but the size of a god damn brick. They are the best mechanic company I've ever been to in my life being a female they actually care about the customer and don't try to rip you off for your money. very friendly service they take care of you right away and make sure you get your needs met!!! highly recommended!!!!!
