They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is right
As far as customer service Intoxalock was extremely professional helpful and courteous. Their pricing and costs on the other hand are outrageous! They most certainly profit from peoples misfortune, but I suppose if your dumb enough to get yourself into a situation where you need their services then consider it a lesson learned! Update: The device seems to be working well reliably for a week. And I got a call from a supervisor of customer service department today. I had a bad experience with their sales people with misleading pricing. He listened to my complaints carefully and offered me solutions, by locating different service shop with better fee and giving me a credit for difference with the original quote. He provided an excellent customer service and I feel more confident with the company.
