Loui Electronics was very professional and very helpful. They were very patient when instructing my husband on how to properly use the IID. We are very pleased with the service we received from Loui Electronics.
The process of starting the beeps and buzz are hard to tell what’s going on. The retest is hard to hear then it starts saying you missed a retest and it’s reporting you. The fact that two minutes after you stop driving and have passed all tests during operation( the part that is meant to keep others safe) it can ask for a retest and count it as a missed test is diabolical.
