Absolutety horrendous!! I have been on hold for over an hour 4 different times in the last 3 days and have received NO HELP or answers AT ALL! There are no english speaking people that can get me to a billing person to discuss my account or my bill!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!! Manager finally contacted me and resolved the issue, it was much appreciated.
