Very unprofessional! My appt was in the morning and the installer didn’t show up til mid afternoon and I couldn’t get my car til 8pm! He told me to figure out how to use it by going on Utube! After begging him several times to please show me he reluctantly did. Also my price given in writing was $290 and he told me it took him a long time so the price was $100 more! I didn’t pay his price only what I was quoted after much back and forth.
