This is the second reveiw I am leaving about intoxalock. The first time I got a answer from supposedly the owner that gave me a direct lincoln ne number to call and get it settled real fast. If he was the owner he better check into his company ALOT deeper. The first time I spent over 4 hrs being put on hold and being told that they was going to transfer me to someone that could help me more. WELL HELLO, this time I was only put on hold 1 hour and 15 minutes and got to talk to a person that could NOT SPEAK hardly any English.... read more
* Update * Intoxalock reached out and credited my account the difference between quote and charge. Way to make it right. Thank you! Quoted $185 for install and dealer charged $314 at pickup. Still no response 7 days later for dispute after emailing copy of receipt
