My system was installed incorrectly and I was constantly having problems with it. Found Mr Hoggard, he fixed it. No problems since. The company, INTOXALOCK said the problem was my BRAND NEW TRUCK and I dealt with this issue for almost 2 years with lockout fees, hours of phone calls to their customer service in INDIA (that you cant understand) , hours on the side of the road with a malfunctioning machine and my BRAND NEW truck not working. Professional, goes above and beyond!! Good person to boot! Best rep they have around! Too bad Intoxalock as a whole isn’t as good reliable safe and professional as Derik! Call center is beyond pathetic! Give credits where credits are due!!!! Intoxalock is lucky to have Derik represent them!! Intoxalock as a whole, lying non supportive money making scam. Dangerous old analog equipment that tears up your vehicle! Derik always always there to help and always patient and helpful! Intoxalock as a whole, horrible.
