Very polite and got the job done quickly. Explained everything very well and followed up afterwards!
They are the absolute worst. Impossible to reach and terrible service. The agent Joesph Kriesel straight up lied to me and is now unreachable. I just opened the account and I am already -70$. I was not told about this fee and was promised 2 weeks credit and rebate on install. No one knows anything about it and reaching any customer service agent takes apx 30 minutes to an hour.
