B&C here in Russell is AMAZING!! I am editing my post to be sure everyone knows that the support I refer to is with Intoxalock NOT B&C where I get maintenance done. Earl is wonderfully helpful and available when I need him. Getting support from the INTOXALOCK COMPANY is the WORST. I have had a lot of trouble with the device. I hyperventilate trying to use - have to find a place to pull over for retests because it takes so much to pass and I don't feel safe driving while taking the tests. And NOW they don't have the online ch... read more
Earl at B&C was very helpful and friendly. He took a lot of time showing me how to perform the testing and giving me info on what I needed to do. The Intoxalock itself is very hard for me to blow hard enough to activate.
