This place was fantastic, very professional and customer friendly, felt they treated me like family
This rating is for the last specialist i spoke to very informative answered my direct questions in detail. The 2 previous I would give 1 star to. The first one was rude and presumed she could tell me what I wanted . I recieved different answers from the first 2 atleast the second transfered me to someone that could actually help. I will not recommend this company to anyone i was misled signing up. I've had the unit for three days and have had bad experiences.
I totally recommend to take ur car to them ! I get stress with the intoxalock but they hep me with kindness. Everyone there are great!! And I been going there for a while!!!! So go there!!!!!!!!!
James was very helpful - answered all of my questions and clearly described the entire process, including scheduling the installation.
