Tom’s did a prompt install and explained in detail how the mechanism worked.
The shop had install issues which resulted in a 3.5 hour installation. No blaming anyone, just the way it went.

I would give them 0 stars if POSSIBLE and I'd really like to update this review since everything I'm telling you really happened and has cost me so much money and hassle I can't even possibly explain!
