When I had problems with my intoxalock I was always told it's not the machine at fault, brought my car there because it wouldn't start AGAIN AND It sat there for two weeks before it was looked at, then I was told a mouse had chewed wires. I asked two days later after completely tearing the dash apart where the wires were chewed and he didn't remember. Calls after calls and no help from them at all!!!!!!
