I got a call from Isaias at intoxalock and I’m pleased to say he took care of the issues I had with them he made sure that I understoood that these issues would never happen again and if I have any issues moving forward, I can contact him directly, and he would take care of it he also credited my account so I don’t have to worry about paying anything for a couple months and I’m very grateful. Thank you.
I got set up to get it installed. Got the installation done on a Friday I was told by the motor vehicle it takes them 24 hours to receive the confirmation of completion and I would be able to reinstate my drivers license by Tuesday. Nothing showed up Tuesday contacted intoxalock multiple times with no resolution until the following Friday I would never recommend this company to anyone The representatives were rude and giving attitude because I was asking to speak to higher up
