Not only was I promised a credit to my account I never received, their device killed my battery multiple times causing me to buy a new one and pay an unlock fee, but it also prevented my car from starting for almost a week in which I had to have it taken to the shop by my work and I could not use my car and had to pay for rides .to work but was still charged for intoxalock fees. My car has been getting this installed for 3 days now- it is now Friday night, therefore, I will be with out it over the weekend as well.
