Always kind to me, family oriented business
I was told by customer service that I’d receive an email within 24 hours for a rebate on my installation. Still haven’t received and it’s been 31 hours… so far not so good. Paid $240 for installation. Not sure how this is legal since it’ll randomly beep while I'm driving and expect me to blow, so I have to take my eyes off the road to grab it, read it, and blow… and red it again to make sure it worked. PHILLIP and his assistant from Recovery Towing...did a great job installing some equipment on my car. Work was completed in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had. Very Professional. Recommended
Your internal rep Susan was fantastic. My only issue for not 5 stars is when I went to get it installed the shop made me leave the premises. They said it happens all the time and you guys should've have stressed, You need q ride or use an Uber to leave the premises while they work on my truck.
