Very professional
I like this device so much better than the alternative (smart start) my calibration center(Big Boy Auto Toys) is amazing, the service, availability, no hassles and staff are incredible. Glad I made the change.
They were courteous, time conscious and quickly got it completed. I was very impressed.
I had to pick a star, but they don't even deserve that. Customer service is not this companies strong suit. Truck is in the shop so I scheduled maintenance letting them know it would be out of commission and that I couldn't get it in for calibration on time. They said I would have to tow my vehicle in order to get it fixed, then tow it to the service center as the device will be in lock-out. This will probably cost me $100's.
