I had to pick a star, but they don't even deserve that. Customer service is not this companies strong suit. Truck is in the shop so I scheduled maintenance letting them know it would be out of commission and that I couldn't get it in for calibration on time. They said I would have to tow my vehicle in order to get it fixed, then tow it to the service center as the device will be in lock-out. This will probably cost me $100's. I had previously left a positive review for obnoxalock. Install, set up, customer service was great. I had a friend named Joshua, who was very helpful and very easy to contact. Until instal. Joshua is no longer my helpful friend. Obnoxalock is obnoxious. Customer service is nonexistent. I have no reason to bash them for fun. It is to advise people to steer clear of the added aggravation. They are very easy to get a hold of and have everything set up as a new customer. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of once you are a customer. You can expect extremely long wait times on hold unless you call from a phone not in their system. Then they answer very quickly.
