I initially gave a 1 star review. This was specifically for intoxalock and not the place I had it installed. I I reached out via email with a question and waited a week with no response. Once I left my review they reached out very soon after and have been responsive when I have contacted them with other questions. Their phone system is still fairly difficult but that's not uncommon among other places. Bad support. Calling them is a nightmare because it's very difficult to get ahold of a real person and also, I emailed a question and it's been a week and I never received a response
This whole thing is ridiculous. It made so it is almost impossible to get your sample done. Why not just blow in it instead of blow out then in then out. A pain in the you know what.
