The last time I went in there to get my device recalibrated it took just over an hour and a half! There was nothing wrong with my original device, but they insisted they had to replace my device. Once that was done they still couldn't update my device, after being on the phone with intoxalock I ended up having someone pick me up and we had lunch. Once I returned, the device was done. So something that should have taken 10 minutes took almost 2 hours.
Staff are amazing and helpful! They were so quick in helping with my service and super informative of the procedures/next steps. They were kind and open to assisting me with my vehicle and any questions I had. Highly recommend!!!!
