Brian is a MOUTH but that’s about it. Had an issue with my device which he had me contact intoxalock to setup an appointment for him to come do the work, which I did. 5 different broken promises to call me and/or come fix the issue came and went. Don’t be fooled by the convenience of mobile service. Being mobile doesn’t matter if they don’t come! Plus be prepared to hear all about how busy he is and you’ll see how inconvenient YOUR situation is to him. Enjoy…
