After 5 plus hours on the phone and a negative review, management finally called me and rectified the situation. They credited my account generously and I decided to resubmit my review. In the end 4 stars instead of 5 because people make mistakes, but the time it took to get ahold of the right person to fix a simple paperwork problem exceeded what a normal person should wait for customer service, especially when the problem was cause by their personnel. Thank you for making things right.
Terrible customer service, their website claims that they have 24/7 support but it’s almost impossible to get ahold of them. They screwed up my name on the paperwork even though I spelled it out for the guy on the phone. They claim that on the app you can chat 24/7 but there’s no such option. I would highly recommend going through a different company if you have the option.
Quick install. Unfortunately I must have been the last vehicle that was worked on because it took from 7:30 am till 5:30 pm to be able to pick it up.
