Nobody will help, chat is never available. Transferred from person to person with no resolution, HORRIBLE company.
When I called to set up my appointment to get this installed I asked how much everything was going to cost. I was told completely different costs about the installation, bi-weekly fees and recalibration fees. When I called to talk to a customer service about the extra cost it was almost nearly impossible to talk to a live person and when I finally was able to reach somebody they were from India and you couldn't hardly understand them
This place fraudulently charged my credit card over $500 for my exe's debt, and refuses to refund my money! Beware any transactions with them!
The service was outstanding. They took my vehicle in right away. They stayed with me and explained the procedures.
