Every thing went good just as it's was suppose to
They sent me a standard device when I needed one with the camera and I told the lady that that ordered it and it was on a recorded line and now I got to go back and pay more money out my pocket just because they sent me the wrong device and I got to pay for it to get taken out for a new one one with the camera to get put back in
The people are super nice and very helpful, I'm glad I selected them
Was timely installed and instructions where clear but the device seems to shut off when you first try. It says try harder next time. I have to hit the button to turn it back on. It clears and if not done right it shuts down again. So aggravating.
