EASILY THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I had this device removed recently after booking an appointment through Intoxalock. I find out a week later that I wasn’t supposed to remove the device yet. Was never told this when I booked the original appointment through Intoxalock. Now they want me to reorder the device, install it, and get the compliance redone. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! FIND A DIFFERENT VENDOR AT ALL COSTS! My Customer Number is 1937614
