Fast and easy
They resolved the unauthorized charge once I posted this review. I was told $50 a week and they automatically charged card $235 after only having intoxalock for 14 days. Very stressful situation but Daniel the representative did show sincere concern in resolving it.
They charged me a service fee for a reset on my device when a lockout was not supposed to happen. Intoxalock told me to inform them of no service fee prior to service preformed. They still charged me
