I got zero instruction on how to use it.
Customer service is horrible on a consistent basis especially with billing. Over the course of the year I have been overcharged or double charged for items and there is no explanation, or an explanation of why or how to go about getting items on the bill to changed. To make matters worse, the customer service call center is in India and the English language proficiency is most times horrible. Very professional, polite, treated me with respect.
The representatives from Intoxalock are very professional. The appt set-up was easy, they answered any questions I had and told me what to expect at my appt. (5 star for Intoxalock CSRs)! I dropped my car off at appt in morning and picked up in evening. The actual install was alright but now my passenger window does not roll down and the employees were not helpful at all. They (JctTire-Carlton) happily billed me out the $255, handed over the keys and sent me on my way with zero demonstration how to use. Had to come back in o... read more
