Excellent service as well as clear and concise instructions on how to use the device.
Horrible customer service with an outsourced Indian call center. The "helpers" on the phone frequently gave me conflicting information as well as lies. I had to get the state government involved and even then they're still taking advantage of my elderly and disabled client and dragging their feet. Its been two months since we've had it installed and our issue still hasn't been resolved. My client is paying for a car and for a service he can no longer use and intoxalock couldnt care less. This company should be shut down.
