In my opinion: Stay far, far away unless you enjoy hard sell techniques and poor communication. I contacted this company based on a Google search for a provider near me. At first, the representative could not have been sweeter or more helpful - she said she was an employee at the local mechanic shop (which I know and trust) and she ("Francis") said she was the product specialist for the shop.
