Intoxalock ran an unauthorized payment of 57.00 right after I paid 98.00 with out permission. I do not owe them any money . I have called 5 times spoke to Kevin he could help me then he transferred me to give a review. Then I called back spoke to Joseph he said he would transfer me and I would speak to supervisor right away. I would not be placed on hold. I am still holding now for 20 minutes . When they illegally ran another payment . Now I can not even get a refund . I have used them 5years and pay my bill every single mon... read more
