I have spent literally hours on hold with Intoxalock waiting to speak OR live chat with a representative. What a bloody waste of time!!!! And still no resolve...... and now...... hung up on!

Experience was ok! I paid for a cover to conceal the device and never got one! Now the device sit on my seat in the open where anyone can see it! Or steal it! I should get reimbursed for the concealment cover that I never received. Customer ID 2037031 okay Brandon resolved my issue very quickly and professionally. I received a cover overnight! Thank you!
