I’ve been on a roller coaster with Intoxalock and their device equipment has failed me putting me in predicaments, but I have recently had the pleasure of talking to a specialist about my issues and he was quick and responsive to resolve my issues. He patiently gave me his undivided attention and was able to have new equipment sent to this location so I can have it replaced. They were able to do it within 2 hours or less.
Worst experience ever, it kills your battery. They do nothing about it. The representatives you speak to are half way across the planet. Try to maintain your patience but all they care about is money. They say all IID companies are bad but this is hands down the worst. And I am referring to Intoxalock… not the auto shop/service center.
Update: While I am still doubtful of the two lockouts, Intoxalock was very responsive and understanding of my issues with it. Experience based on two IID installed. Installer is very nice and professional. My problem is with Intoxalock the company.. not with Wonder Car the installation shop. Very long wait to talk to someone on the phone. Locked out two times. Can't fathom why though. Can't help wonder whether Intoxalock is trying to get more fees.
