I should have went with Smart start. Except for the initial customer service rep who sold me on intoxalock, the service after it was installed is absolutely horrific. Call to question charge is on my bill, the customer service rep was actually nasty and condescending. When you sign the lease they automatically add roadside assistance that you have to call to cancel.... You really need to read the fine print. Excellent device should be on all motor vehicles because their many people that drink and drive.
The station that installed it was great! HOWEVER…I have unilateral emphysema and can’t get your device to read it. It’s still at the garage 48 hours later. I sent a picture to compliant support from my doctor and have heard nothing back
