Terrible! I asked at least 8xs to get the road side assistance removed as I had my own and when I did have to use theirs once the tow never showed. Each time I was told I wouldn't be charged and it was removed yet it never was. I gave up. They charge for things they shouldn't all the time. Just a horrible horrible experience. If you go on vacation and your battery dies there's a $150 charge! I had to get a New battery every single year! Just a money racket!
There were some minor hiccups with the initial installation and process. Patricia from customer service immediately reached out to me and rectified the situation. I must say I was very impressed with how fast their customer service department contacted me, I am now an extremely satisfied customer.
I should have went with Smart start. Except for the initial customer service rep who sold me on intoxalock, the service after it was installed is absolutely horrific. Call to question charge is on my bill, the customer service rep was actually nasty and condescending. When you sign the lease they automatically add roadside assistance that you have to call to cancel.... You really need to read the fine print.
