Worst customer service I have encountered. I have been trying to contact customer service Stateside and I am always transferred out of country call center. Did maintenance on my truck due to a battery failure. Battery was purchased 2 months prior to installation with a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately the service center stated it was a bad core when my battery couldn't hold a charge. Do I blame the equipment for damaging the battery.....?
