After waiting to get it installed and waiting on the heat for 6 hours with a broken ankle I was informed I had a faulty device and had to wait 4 days for a new one to come. When it did come in I had to take work off again now missing two days and once again I waited all day. This is a company that does not want to help they just want to take money.
