Customer service is terrible. I can't get anything accomplished with getting my paperwork sent to PennDOT for removal. 1 star rating. After leaving the review I was contacted by a different customer service individual and they took care of everything. If anybody has trouble getting things done with the customer service phone number leave a review and you'll be contacted by somebody else.
