Completely unprofessional and disorganized not to mention they tried to overcharge me on the installation of my interlock device
I just noticed this so im giving an update 2/13/25- Pismo beach automotive was not at fault whatsoever pismo beach auto Anthony and his crew the best. I can begin to say how many good things this man has done for me but for so many others. Respect the man and my experience was just with intoxalock customer service ONLY.Worst customer service i ever encountered. I can't even begin to write the issues and stress. UPDATE 1/22/25- I received a call from Daniel with tech support with intoxalock I was not expecting after my horrib... read more

he was very workable. I had to cancel with him one day and set it up the next and he was very amenable for that.
