I just noticed this so im giving an update 2/13/25- Pismo beach automotive was not at fault whatsoever pismo beach auto Anthony and his crew the best. I can begin to say how many good things this man has done for me but for so many others. he was very workable. I had to cancel with him one day and set it up the next and he was very amenable for that.
Up charges in every other breath. I was given a "service credit" that was never applied in billing. The device turned my car into a brick that must be jumped started almost everyday. The monthly price is over double the starting price and then here comes the scheduled calibration payment as extra. I attempted to use the roadside assistance I am forced to pay for to get my vehicle jumped and was told I don't exist and that I could be helped for the same price as buying a jump pack. Worst customer service i ever encountered. I can't even begin to write the issues and stress. UPDATE 1/22/25- I received a call from Daniel with tech support with intoxalock I was not expecting after my horrible experience. Daniel listened to my frustration and IT was working on issue and issued me a credit for next month payment and gave me his direct line if any other issues arise. This made me emotional. Thank you Daniel for listening and helping me through this difficult stressful time.
