I was contacted by a customer rep and spoke to them regarding each incident and was assured each matter would be remedied. I hope this service will continue as it is already a stressful situation.
The installer is great. This is the second vehicle. What is not so great is both times within 20 miles or 20 hrs I was in a lock out, once because no matter what I did it said I wasn't blowing hard enough...violation in 20 miles. The second unit takes forever to go into count down mode and sometimes a senior citizen cannot wait on the random whim of a machine or whoever is taking your picture to exit the vehicle.
