I was contacted regarding each incident & assured each matter would be remedied. Do NOT choose Intoxalock interlock. I was unaware of anything regarding these systems. They will refuse you service if you have a payment of ANY amount due. They will refuse to assist with calibration even if the company you use is closed during your off work hours. They suggest you tow (no towing even though it's a "free" addition) they also suggest you leave your car at the auto place that recalibrates even if it's your only vehicle. I needed ... read more
Very professional installation and helpful explanation of the device and how it works
I was contacted by a customer rep and spoke to them regarding each incident and was assured each matter would be remedied. I hope this service will continue as it is already a stressful situation.
The installer is great. This is the second vehicle. What is not so great is both times within 20 miles or 20 hrs I was in a lock out, once because no matter what I did it said I wasn't blowing hard enough...violation in 20 miles. The second unit takes forever to go into count down mode and sometimes a senior citizen cannot wait on the random whim of a machine or whoever is taking your picture to exit the vehicle.
