Didn’t understand the man on the other side of the line . Was very frustrating when your in a panic on a dark street and can’t start my truck . Then he tells me to disconnect my battery I don’t carry tools with me . Wasn’t a good experience and I pay extra for roadside assistance. Took a hour to start my truck. Not a good start to our relationship. They called me today and explained everything to me . Made it a little better. So we got it figured out.
