The state specialist did a miserable job at sending the correct device to the installer in October, and Intoxalock believes that I am going to pay another install fee. They are total idiots, and incapable of doing things correctly EVERY TIME! I would rate them with zero stars, but one is the minimum. If it wasn't for the mandate from the state, I would definitely have discontinued doing business with them on about six different occasions!
