My car has been shut off for 39 days now because can’t get ahold of Abby all mailbox are full and can’t get her to answer me. Unacceptable but ABBy Has been awesome till this incident idk what’s happening but I’m suffering hard cuz of no communication from anyone to resolve issue so idk who’s at blame
I would advise that you don't drink and drive or you will be forced to deal with a company that doesn't follow there hours of operation. I have been trying for 4 or 5 months to get unit out of my truck and into a older car. Still has not happened .my truck has been in the shop so I haven't had a car for 3 to 4 weeks. Don't use this company
So bare with me here please. In 6 months I haven't been able to start my truck every time I need to go somewhere. I have had 4 hand sets 2 harnesses. I was locked out yesterday for 2 hours in a business in Salida Co. I'm 100 miles (round trip) from any town. Intoxalock just told me that I'm not allowed to turn my truck off then turn the truck to acc. To listen to music,or anything. This company has people overseas taking phone calls ,who have hard accents you can't understand,and they lie. My truck will be locked out tomorro... read more
