Intoxaloct sucks. I came out to my car this morning. Had to wait for the device to warm up which killed my battery then I could not start my car because of low battery had to hook up to a battery charger and now my device is stuck in sync mode, I called the helpline sat on hold for 50 minutes for the lady to tell me to unhook my battery and hook it back up, which I did and it still did not resolve my problem. Now my car still will not start and keeps saying sync But will not start and I cannot do what I need to do
I have been trying to reach a team member at that number for the past 6 hours. I would greatly appreciate if someone did reach out
