After the initial poor service, I was contacted by a manager and the service and support that he provided was excellent. He took care of my issue in a very professional manner with excellent customer service skills.
This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Use any other device but Intoxalock. I was going to give a 0, but it wouldn't let me.
