I’m so sick of this devise an the company , I want a full refund an this removed from my car free of charge, it has melted my fuse box which cost me 1500$ an paying tne outrageous cost to install it an 179 every two weeks, for what, I just got pulled over an my driving privileges are non existent so I been paying for this shit for nothing, an now got a driving after rev ticket, ima take y’all to court
It was good and to have a place closer to where I live to get service and the fact that Intoxalock partners up with a insurance company that gave me a great deal on auto insurance thanks
The guy who installed it was great, I don’t believe I deserve the machine but the customer service guy Isaiah is one of the best customer service people I’ve ever had to deal with, he made my day an somehow made me feel better about the situation. Five stars just because of him. Hats off to you, thanks
The guy who installed it was great, except pop explained everything. But the system is BS, cuz I never drank an I’ll drove in the first place, the state just wants to screw me
