I have an odd situation. In the middle of my sentence, i was put into a nursing home for two ½ yrs. I would have had a large bill for that time. However, understanding that illness is different from misfit behavior, Intoxalock worked with me to get back on track. Also, the Abilene folks are very kind and very helpful. Maintenance, and the monthly visit do not feel like punishment. Good grades all the way across the board.
Customer-friendly and always willing to help, some of the best around if you need service. They are definitely on your team and there to help.

I had a situation with my paymemt, I talked to Esther and we agreed on payment arragement, arragement never happened! Next day I taked to another agent and she talked to a supervisor and I have told they cannot reverse the payment. Even the other agent made the big mistake and do something wrong, even they said they can help me, never happened. What kind of customer service is this? We, as a customers deserve the respect and we trust the people behind to help us ! So disappointed!
I had to get my car jump started to leave the install place I made it 2 bocks and had to get my car towed (I just put a new battery in last winter) think I’m Locked out I still haven’t drove it.
