Intoxalock is a company that provides extremely sub par customer service and complaints resolutions. They have plenty of representatives to "assist" (used loosely) you, but can rarely ever resolve and issue over the phone. They're very good at charging extra money, and making you pay for things out of pocket up front for a later reimbursement (if you're lucky).
