Intoxalock is the most predatory service ever. All they do is take your money. The people you speak with from the company are very short and without feelings or emotions. My truck has been sitting since weds March 17. My contract has been up since March 13th and no one will send the necessary paperwork work for me to get it removed. I’ve missed 2 days this week and I am probably going to miss on Monday bc all shops will be closing soon and I’ll be without my truck on Monday and will be terminated from my position. My personal experience was terrible with this company. I believe the whole thing to be a scam I would recommend just sitting out the suspension then dealing with these people. They lied to me for over 3 months letting me to believe wrong information.
