First and foremost, the guys at the service center are awesome! Very friendly and great service! But intoxalock as a company is extremely poorly managed! The customer service is horrible! I have now been on hold for over 25 min at this point! I have a busy life as well! I have nothing good to say about this company and with my location and my job, there is no other company I can switch to! They are nothing but money hungry and have outdated devices!
