gave me a lockout for no reason. I let them know that I would be performing maintenance on my car, but they did it anyway. They charged me $75 to unlock it.
Update: I was contacted by a very friendly customer representative who sorted out my issue on install below. Once I have the unit removed I will update this review. I will now be keeping my car hooked up to the trickle charger if I’m not using it. So I had a free installation coupon and clearly stated it to the person who scheduled my install only to be charged $356 when I went to pick up the car.
