Customer service is a joke takes forever to contact anyone and when you do get someone they are completely rude and don't listen. When I signed up for the service everyone was nice and very respectful and responsive but as soon as you give them money they act like they own you
What a joke. $40 for 5 minutes to make sure something is working that is already working. What a monopoly.
