Intoxalock is the worst!!! I was supposed to have my box for 1 year! It turned into almost 2 with this company! I paid every payment ON TIME and never missed a calibration or had any issues on MY end! I've had several problems with this company but the biggest one is it took a whole EXTRA YEAR for them to help me get my box out. They blamed penndot and penndot blamed them. I have my regular license in hand but, I can not get a response as to when I can go for the removal but they will however be sure to always let you know when you owe money. If they drag their feet till my next bill is due, I will remove the device myself and drop it off at the garage.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! You can't speak to anyone who you can understand after the your signed up n have this device installed, in fact you can never get to speak to that person again and when you try to email that person you will never get a response. I think the company must have outsourced the customer service personnel from India. The entire experience has been unbelievably terrible.
