This company is absolutely terrible I would not recommend using them at all ever. Customer service is terrible, I’ve been trying to contact them about the device for 4 days now, and cannot get anyone to answer a phone or email. there devices are terrible and fail or fault constantly. Go to literally any other company. Avoid intoxalock. I’d give it 0 stars but it won’t post without at least a 1 star rating.. The group that installed it is great, the company Intoxalock is terrible.
