This company was a nightmare from beginning till end. It was literally 1 lie after another. I talked to an English speaking American when initially signing up & getting info, who said she would be my Agent throughout this process beginning to end. That was a lie, as soon as placed in my vehicle, calls went straight to a call center in India. This company is absolutely terrible I would not recommend using them at all ever. Customer service is terrible, I’ve been trying to contact them about the device for 4 days now, and cannot get anyone to answer a phone or email. there devices are terrible and fail or fault constantly. Go to literally any other company. Avoid intoxalock. I’d give it 0 stars but it won’t post without at least a 1 star rating.. The group that installed it is great, the company Intoxalock is terrible.
